Christmas day in 2013, when the game was still new and hot on the market, a little 12 year old me got her Minecraft account. Now, I had already known about the game from playing beta versions prior to its 2011 release. Still, this was the greatest thing that's ever happened to me.

Then I discovered Hypixel, the biggest and most popular Minecraft multiplayer server, perfect for a fun-loving young player like me!
At first I mostly played minigames by myself; Other players were around me, but not with me. Soon though, I made a few friends, and we started playing together! My favorite thing to do was go through Herobrine's Mansion, an adventure map that was eventually removed from Hypixel in 2014 due to compliations with command block functions in the 1.8 update. While this map is still available to download and play, it really sucked to see it go...

Between 2013 and 2015, I had actually gotten banned from Hypixel and wasn't able to log back on for a YEAR. The reason? I said the "alt f4" joke in chat in the main lobby...Yeah, I'm not sure why either. Funny times.

One day, I decided to try out the creative lobby to test my building skills (my skills? terrible.) I had started talking to my plot neighbor through signs, since chat was turned off in creative. We became fast friends, and they soon invited me to make a Google+ account so we could talk off minecraft! There began my journey through the online world, but that's a story for another time~!
